Dual-purpose of DC electric arc welder and AC generator.

The welding part and the generating part are independent to each other with no mutual interference. The welding current can be remotely controlled. The generator have both three-phase and single-phase outputs.

●   Specifications and features:

(1) Total power range extends from 15kW (welder 10kW, generator 5kW) to 100kW (welder 40kW, generator 60kW).

(2) The welding current is from 50A to 500A, suitable for the welding rods with diameters from 1.5mm to 8mm.

(3) The welding outputs can be 1 to 4 roads, enabling simultaneous welding works.

(4) The diesel engines fitted include DEUTZ engines and Chinese engines.

(5) The cooling methods include air-cooling and water-cooling. The air-cooling models are suitable for drought and water-lack areas.

(6) The product types include open-frame type, silent type, trolley-mounted movable type, and rainproof type.

(7) The generator part has both three-phase and single-phase outputs (50/60Hz). The excitation is brushless with AVR fitted. The power factor is 0.8 lagging.
